The voters within Kawkawlin Township where Blumfield Secure Transport is located will be asked to consider an adult marijuana proposal, which asks the Township of Kawkawlin to adopt a measure to allow for the licensing of recreational based marijuana businesses. In the past, the Township Board has decided to opt-out of recreational marijuana businesses.
